Reserve Our Seminar Room for Your Next Large Function

The Seminar Room is 900 square feet and can seat up to 40 people. Both attractive and functional, it is equipped with a dry-erase board, pull-down projector screen, TV/VCR/DVD player, telephone, and wireless internet connection.

It is available to both in-house and walk-in clients at very competitive half-day or daily rental rates. The half-day rate (up to 4 hours) is $150. The daily rate is $275. Weekly rates available upon request.

We also offer LCD projector rental, beverage or catering service, and access to all administrative services.

Our center is conveniently located immediately off of I-24 at the Harding Place exit.  This central location offers your workshop or seminar attendees convenient access from all three of Nashville's major interstates - I-24, I-40, and I-65.  We are just down the street from Nashville International Airport (BNA).  We have ample parking space and parking is always free.
